but how are you even supposed to lie
when nothing's worthwhile?
The people you thought who loved you
all playing their little games
and now that you know the truth:
Everything's supposed to stay the same?
It's NOT the world we live in
but the choices people make
destroying all the good things left,
replacing them with hate.
And now with shattered insides
they expect you to pretend
coz in reality no one gives a shit,
just wanting it to end.
They wonder what they could've done
standing around, feigning trying to be brave
not ONE of them acknowledging
THEY put you in that grave.
